The Villa exceeded all expectations, with its stunning views and perfect location, just a short walk from the center. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, combining modern amenities with rustic Italian charm. The host, Roberta, went above and beyond, providing excellent service and even arranging transportation. She was kind, attentive, and genuine, making our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this fantastic villa for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Wow, what a view from the terrace! The photos definitely don't do it justice. Sitting there all day, enjoying the breathtaking view over Pescallo bay of Lake Como was just amazing. The location is perfect too, in a calm area just a 10-minute walk from the town center and a 2-minute walk from a lovely beach and restaurant. The house itself is beautiful, with spacious interior, modern amenities, and stunning bathrooms. The air-conditioning, electric blinds, and private parking with an EV charging station were really convenient. And the owners even produce their own red wine and olive oil, adding to the overall charm of the property.
The only minor thing is that we're not used to having one large shared duvet. Additionally, the 15-20 minute walk into town may be challenging for those with mobility issues.

I had the most mind-blowing stay at this super cool place! The hosts were jaw-droppingly nice, giving awesome advice on what to do and where to eat. The accommodation was just perfect for two couples - it felt like staying in a luxurious hotel. The renovated house was brand new and had separate toilets and showers for each bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped and the living room area was spacious enough for all of us to hang out. The location was great, only a 15-minute walk to the lively area of the city and the ferry terminal. Plus, there were free wi-fi, free parking, and a flat-screen TV. We even enjoyed the outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and the solarium. Canoeing and hiking were also incredibly fun activities nearby. And the best part? No smoking on site. This place rocks, I'm definitely coming back!

The room was incredible! It had not just one, but two bathrooms with a bidet and a shower. I felt like a superstar with all that space and luxury. It made me feel like I was on top of the world during my stay at Bellagio Il Crotto.
I personally wasn't a big fan of the bidet. But hey, that's just me.
